  • You can make oat flour and brown rice flour by blending old-fashioned rolled oats or uncooked brown rice in a blender or food processor until it has a flour consistency.
  • You can substitute brown rice flour with spelt flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 14.75-ounce can Salmon
  • 1 cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Diced Fresh Curly Parsley (do not use flat leaf parsley)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  • Place the salmon with the juices from the can, both flours, and egg in a large bowl.

  • Stir to combine the ingredients.

  • Add the parsley to the mixture and stir to combine.

  • Take one tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough.

  • Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • All the treats to cool to room temperature.
