@ChaseSupport is turning to be the worst. Decided to block my checking because a $180 deposit had an issue. 90 min wait time on support to get help. Now in the branch, and manager is on hold for 50 mins, and branch is gonna close soon.

Yeah hi @Chase @ChaseSupport i need to speak to someone immediately. Not a robot, not the hold music, not a dial tone. There is a branch right by my house and i am about 14 hours away from walking there and closing my acct. **** is ridiculous now.

Spent hours last night trying to book a flight with @Chase travel rewards. Had to book over the phone this morning bc of website issues and that took another hour + two different ppl bc they were having the same issues. It’s 2021. It shouldn’t take 3 hours to book a flight. 😫
