  • ½ Medium onion chopped
  • 5 oz. Raw spinach
  • 6 oz. Cream cheese
  • C. Chopped artichoke hearts
  • C. Mayonnaise
  • ½ C. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic power
  • Salt and pepper to taste
