JOLIET, IL - At the suggestion of our Joliet Patch readers, we've agreed to revisit our collection of mugshots that were taken this past year at the Will County Jail. None of these fifteen mugshots is typical, that's for sure. What will 2019 bring is anybody's guess.
15. Bill Shaunte Williams, 40, resident of Daybreak Shelter, Joliet, incarcerated between Sept. 5 and Oct. 26 after his bond was revoked in connection with his 2016 guilty plea for criminal damage to property. Court records also show that the judge found Williams to be in direct criminal contempt for comments he made in the judge's courtroom this fall.
14. Brenda Frazier, 53, 1500 block of Maple Road, Joliet, arrested May 10 by Lockport Police on two charges of possession of controlled substances. Frazier was jailed until May 14. She was also incarcerated related to the same charges, July 17-19 and Aug. 21-Oct. 5.

13. Francis McHenry, 58, Steger, arrested by Steger Police on Nov. 29 for attempted murder, aggravated battery/discharge of a gun and aggravated domestic battery. McHenry remains in Will County's Jail. His bail was set at $1.5 million.

12. Erick Obscura, 23, Williamsburg Court, Romeoville, arrested by Romeoville Police on August 23 on charges of domestic battery. The defendant posted bond later that same day.
11. Daniel J. Herman, 59, South Buchanan Street, Wilmington, arrested Nov. 11 by Will County Sheriff's Police on charges of drunken driving and improper traffic lane use. Herman was released from custody later that same day.
10. Bruce Michael co*ckream Jr., 35, Oak Avenue, Lockport, arrested Oct. 22 by Will County Sheriff's Police on charges of domestic battery and a parole violation. co*ckream was let out of custody on Dec. 6.
9. Gregory Ratliff, 30, Roscoe, IL, arrested by Joliet Police on June 30 on four felonies and three misdemeanors including aggravated battery, aggravated assault and felon in possession of a weapon. Ratliff remained in Will County lockup until being released Nov. 30.
8. Dyllan Milashoski, 24, Morris, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of aggravated identity theft. Milashoski remained in county custody from May 16 until being released Dec. 19.
7. Jeffrey Adler, 46, 200 block of South Midland Avenue, Joliet, arrested on Oct. 4 by the Will County Sheriff's Police related to Adler's 2016 charges of DUI, DUI 0.08/BAC and a 2015 battery. Adler was released from the county jail on Nov. 8.
6. Debra Baker, 27, Berwyn, arrested by Bolingbrook Police on May 2 for possession of controlled substances. Baker was released from custody on May 3.
5. Juan J. Ortiz, 22, 400 block of Landau Avenue, Joliet, arrested Dec. 6 by Will County Sheriff's Police to Oct. 25 offenses of aggravated unlawful restraint, two domestic battery charges and an Oct. 28 domestic battery charge. Ortiz remains in the county jail.
4. Roger Nagel, 72, Peotone, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Police on charges of drunken driving. Nagel remained in county lockup between Oct. 22 and until his release Oct. 27.
3. Matthew Bruce, 48, (the Will County jail incorrectly lists the Bolingbrook White Castle restaurant where Bruce was arrested as his permanent address.) Bruce was arrested Nov. 4 by Bolingbrook Police at the White Castle on charges of aggravated battery to a police officer, two resisting arrest charges, driving under the influence of alcohol and criminal trespass. Bruce now has a temporary police hold for the U.S. Marshals. He remains in county custody without bail.
2. Nathan Putnum, 43, Sparland, IL, arrested Sept. 5 by Bolingbrook Police on charges of possession of controlled substances. Putnum was released from county custody on Sept. 27 after posting 10 percent of his $10,000 bail.
1. Patrick Gleason, 56, of Crest Hill, arrested March 11 by Joliet Police for the fatal shooting on Theodore Street of Izzy's bartender Danny Rios. Gleason faces 10 felonies including first-degree murder charges. He remains in Will County's Jail where his bail is $10 million.
