Great deals but alil more expensive then Walmart shocked me

Shelves were looking pretty sparse, not sure how Winn Dixie on 62nd Ave. can be overstock and this store understocked.

Winn-Dixie right in my neighborhood so its very convenient for me and every time I go there cashiers are always friendly and helpful

Love going early morning when the store is quiet. Never wait in line and great selection.

I found the flowers and deli to be awesome. The bakery is good but dosent do alot in terms of baked goods most are shipped in. The deli is nice everything is made fresh in morning. The meat and chicken seems pricey for the amount but Im not a huge meat person. The cold drinks section is great. If you drink they do have a nice selections of spirits but I dont drink but they do have a limited organic food section. Coin change machine,and atm are on location with western union.

Best store in town...Well stocked up store, quality food, friendly associates...

It may be an older store but they have the cleanest bathrooms in the area.

Good prices on deli meats and fresh cut meat is pretty good too

This review is about the people and the store and not the prices. Today I received horrible customer service. Today is flag day. They had an American flag hanging over the the frozen food aisle. It was hung with the stars facing the wrong direction. Its 6:30 pm and I just notified my cashier that it was hung wrong and the way it is hung is like flying it upside down. She just said oh ok, I didnt do it, I dont know who did. She then proceeded to the next customer. So I decided to let custom service know. I told them the same thing. She laughed and said ok, is that all? After seeing I was not amused she said Ill let my manager know. I find it sad that this is how things are. I find it sad that after letting people know they show no care or respect in trying to fix it.

Sometime ago they remodeled this place and with the remodel came many more items. Today for example I was able to pick up some small batch Cheeses which I like to enjoy with crackers. As always I shop for my meat here because you can always get a great T-Bone. The prices are very competitive and typically under most other stores on purpose. The cashiers are not normally as friendly as the other big Grocer in the area but they are efficient.

Just dont seem to have enough inventory. Out of quite a few items. Been to other Winn-Dixies where service is 100 times better. Some cashiers seem uninterested and aloof. Deli staff talks amongst self while you stand there waiting for them to finish.

Love the seafood and deli fresh salads.the flowers are super awesome here and although I dont stay long at the store the cold drink section great on hot days and the fresh deli hot lunches are nice on the go. Super clean here and well stocked with items. The staff is really attentive and helpful. After 7 pm they discount meats and everything for the next day for fresh items to come out.

Great deals on groceries. Went for an awesome steak special. 3.99 per pound for times. I actually ended up with the porter house cut for the same price. This location is not scheduled to close but up for a remodel. Shop for deals but you will have to get their savings card to save the money. Well worth it.

Friendly staff, quick check out. I do like the Dollar Shop the best! Although their hot and pre-made items have many opportunities. The circular, hot holding display, is excessively hot, which makes it somewhat of a safety hazard and deteriorates the quality of food. They dont carry pre-made sushi or California rolls like they did before,when they remodeled. I commend the store manager which I see out on the floor physically changing out displays and restocking.

The deli employees are fast and friendly. If I have a question on a missing item the manager will do everything to provide an equal item/price. The store is bright and clean. Convenient and some shady parking spots. 😏

GIVING THIS STORE 1 STAR IS FAR MORE THAN THEY DESERVE. I PATIENTLY WAITED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE I WAITED FOR 2 EMPLOYEES TO FINISH THEIR CONVERSATION ABOUT LASAGNA BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO HELP ME. THEN WHEN THEY DECIDED TO GRACE ME WITH THEIR ATTENTION THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS A NUCENSE FOR TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I TRIED TO STAY CALM THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WHILE THEY GIGGLED BACK AND FORTH AND MADE COMMENTS TO EACH OTHER UNDER THEIR BREATH. THIS STORE OBVIOUSLY NEEDS A COMPLETE OVER HAUL OF THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM. EITHER CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT BEING TAUGHT OR NOT ENCOURAGED. NO WONDER WINN-DIXIE IS ON ITS WAY OUT. YOU WOULDNT BE TREATED LIKE THIS AT PUBLIX. I PLAN ON TAKING MY COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Great deals on meat. Produce is good here but for some reason it has to be used quickly but prices are good. Im happy this store is here. Sometimes I wish they had more checkouts opened but they try to keep costs down and this does help them to help the customer with lower prices. Thanks.

This entire store needs retraining in customer service. They are angry and resentful when asked to correct errors in prices, make customers wait an excessive amount of time for service, refuse to listen to anything customers have to say, and openly mock them. Actually never saw anything quite like it anywhere. Management pays little to no attention to whats going on outside of the office.

The store is very clean and organized. The prices and discounts are amazing. We saved 50$ today on groceries and household items. We even received a 5 cent per gallon discount on gas with our points. The points did not take forever to accumulate. Also take the surveys on the receipt and recieve a 5$ discount on groceries.

I love shopping at Winn Dixie. They always have some great deals and buy one get one deals is so helpful for people like me who is struggling with kids. That rewards card is a blessing, I love to wait and watch the cashier scan my groceries and hit the total, then they scan my rewards card and watch the savings. Customer service is awesome 🤗. Im so happy that I live around the corner.2👍👍😉

They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! They are open and yet completely ignore customers calling! You cant even leave a voicemail or NOTHING! So pathetic...not to mention very unprofessional!!!

Friendly service and helpful staff, clean store.Best to go there for meats (steaks and the like). Deli counter usually has good weekly specials on sandwich meats. They only carry the basics in the deli, though (so dont plan to pick up fresh sliced prosciutto when youre there).

This was my first time shopping at Winn-Dixie. This place has great prices and incredible deals. Most of the meat products had buy one get one free. After looking over the prices, I have paid $60+ for these products at other stores, but I paid just under $40 here with the discounts. I am incredibly happy with the price and service at this store.

The butcher and produce here are amazing for the price.

Store never seems to have an express check out open. If you need just one or two things be prepared to wait in long lines behind people with lots of groceries. Not even their customer service desk is open. Time better saved driving to other stores.

First and last time I will shop this store. The store is uninviting, isles cluttered with too much product. Every isle had something messy. The staff wear faded red tshirts and just dont seem happy being there. The music playing is too loud and not soothing for a shopping experience. After all these years winn Dixie you still havent stepped your game up. So disappointing.

I only go here in an emergency! In and out had what I needed!

The Winn Dixie bakery is terrible. Their baked goods lack seasoning and if seasoned the wrong kind of seasoning is used. The chicken wing cutlets are steroid feed chicken so the meat has tough parts throughout the meat. Their chicken salad is terrible, it’s probably the worst I’ve ever eaten. I went there yesterday morning and not one man or minority on their work staff. There is something very wrong with this store and these things need to be fixed.

Check your receipt! They say the discount comes off at the end but half the time it doesnt! Check your meats and cheeses as well at this location. Opened the chicken when I got home and it had a dead fly in it! Opened the cheese and it had mold. Plus the deli counter associates are very rude. Will.not be going back to this store ever again and either will my family and friends

Store is ok, sometimes they have what you want, they won’t really go above and beyond to get products you want. Notably depressing shopping experience, constant depressing music, heart break and lonely songs, which is odd for a shopping experience.. Prices are better then Publix, but higher then Walmart’s, but the quality of customer service is better then Walmart’s and worse then Publix. Pretty much mid grade grocery store. Problems tend to be chain wide, while individual employees are quite good and helpful, lines are quick.

I really would rate this store higher but I ask 6 times now over a 6 month period for them to carry no sugar added ice cream, in flavors other than vanilla. I told them I am diabetic and would appreciate variety. Im not asking them to carry 10 varieties, I would be happy with three. I told them I have to go to another store for that item. I was assured that once my request went through Corp, I would see product. That was 3 months ago. Otherwise I would of gave them a 5 star...butchers are fantastic...deli...fantastic...whoever is making decisions...needs to step it up.

It is very difficult to find good fruit here for some reason... Peaches, nectarines, plums or prunes forget it! Impossible. Apples and bananas maybe. Always so frustrating getting home trying to eat it and its all smushy not juicy. Same with strawberries and berries are low grade. There is another store that never disappoints in fruits or anything else for that matter, i wish thats the one that was here instead of this place...

I love the new Winn Dixie! They carry specialty items like crystalized ginger and other delicacies. I like that they have sample foods in the Deli area. And the prices are generally cheaper than other grocery stores in the area.

Store prices are pretty high. Stocking and selection is limited compared to publix and walmart. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good produce but theyre really proud of it. Bakery items are outstanding. Beer cooler isnt very stocked and not a great selection. Deli food is good vaue and very good. Flowers are priced right, small selection but adequate.

Ive bought yogurt multiple times and it was expired. Once even by a month.Any produce Ive bought is usually bad in 1-2 days.Cashiers are friendly and its convenient, so I will keep going but check dates every time and buy produce somewhere else.

Excellent store. Clerks are super friendly, produce is great, always well-stocked. Much cleaner than a lot of Winn-Dixies Ive been to. Love this place. Its my go-to.

I love shopping at the meat department is awesome along with the sea food and Bakery . All through the store everything is easy to find the customer service is excellent. The store is clean. And as I get ready to leave out the store I make sure that I ring the bell to make sure that they know I appreciate all of their work. Thank you Winn Dixie

Winn-Dixie was awesome and clean. Very friendly staff shelves are not overly stocked store smaller than most Winn-Dixies doesnt stock a lot of product so has some of the stuff we normally would use

The staff is friendly and the store is clean but the selection of products is limited and Im not a fan of the hot food bar lots of over cooked food and burned pot pies. I really want to like this location because the staff is really great and I enjoy going there because of the customer service but the quality could use a major adjustment.

Since Hurricane Irma they raised the prices and never lowered them. You can spend 100.00 in here and get 60.00 worth of food compared to Wal Mart or anywhere else.Also being handicapped and not able to travel like i want i made the mistake of buying 2 toilet papers instead of one ane the manager came over yelling pulled the extra one of my cart calling me a hoarder and other names.Id like to file a formal complaint about this thing pawing my cart and touching my stuff. Ripping out the toilet paper.745 am at Winn Dixie on 66st and104th ave n. She needs to be checked as i did nothing too deserve this. 25yrs shopping there and guess that stops today also.

Always great deals, 10 for $10, bogo, deals on fruits and veggies, meats, etc. Staff may not be overly friendly but is usually pretty efficient. Lines are never that long so you can cash out easily. Plus with the Plenti card, youre guaranteed savings that pay cash back at other places as well. Overall, I like shopping here.

Newly remodeled store is nice, but the aisle layout is strange. Shouldnt vinegar be on the same aisle as oil? Will have to check out the new $1 aisle on the next trip (no time today).

I love everything about this store. Very nice manager, deli manager and produce managers are both very nice ladies. The employees under them are exceptional.

I find good sale items every time I go.In the Seafood Case my favorite is the Salmon ready bag with 2 veggies. In the microwave for 3 to 4Minutes, delicious nutricious meal.

I normally prefer Winn Dixie over Publix for their more extensive produce section but this one is awful. Almost everything there was wilted or on its last day. It was a bummer. We would have spent probably $100 in produce but the only thing good enough to buy was the strawberries.

I absolutely LOVE this winn dixie store. There is an employee named Geno, he is super friendly and has been working there for itleast 3 years that i know of, Maybe longer, but my experience with him is always so lovely. He laughs, and jokes appropriately while checking me and my family out at the register and he definitely should be valued by the GM or owner. Im sure he is. As far as the store goes, its always clean. They always have enough cashiers to check people out at registers with very minimal waiting time. I definitely recommend this location over others! :)

I am not sticker shocked anymore and I usually only run in for milk but I couldnt help but notice the frozen end caps were all empty. I wonder why? Closing soon? It seems to look like they are downsizing or no demand no re order...the cashiers talk to the client and you wait longer than self service...oh yea they dont have that....get what you pay for .

I love this Winn dixie!! The kids get their own carts which helps keep them busy and the meat is always fresh. This place is also very clean and never any discolored produce! I love this store

The remodel/overhaul looks good, the lay-out is different, but what changes were made have been improvements in access and product arrangements. The new lights make the inside significantly brighter, too.

Its hard to give a grocery store exemplary ratings. You come, you spend too much, etc. Winn Dixie suits me just fine with good deals and BOGO sales.

I personally like shopping at Winn-Dixie I love their Rewards program where you get to use your points as cash towards your purchases or you can use your points for gas you get to choose whichever way you want to use it I like that I normally use my points for cash towards my food. I love that they always have buy one get one Frees on items that are expensive items name brand items not just a generic items.

Good store, good prices on most items. They have failed to ring up sale items correctly every single time that my wife and I have been. No exaggeration.

Lots of customers don’t wear masks anymore and I asked the person at the service desk to do something about it and he said that management told them they can’t force customers to wear masks.We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic that’s about to get worse with a new strain of covid-19 that’s deadlier. If Winn-Dixie won’t take this seriously, than I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Staff are hit or miss not always friendly. Produce section leaves much to be desired. Wish there were more healthy options.***UPDATE*** The produce section has been since updated and there is a MUCH bigger selection!

Love this store! Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. The manager helped us out when we needed to place a larger than normal deli order!

The women at the deli were so professional and sweet they help my wife and I with all our cold cut needs and both had a great sense of humor. Winn Dixie you won me over!

I come in here every once in a while, but will definitely stop. The front desk staff just could not stop pointless conversation to check me out sooner...including this skinny girl who must be a manager?! Shes had on the white shirt other times Ive been there, so she must be management? Wow. Way too busy texting to notice how long I was waiting at the desk.

This is for 102nd Ave Store in Pinellas Park. Store was just remodeled, but feels like Im in a Dollar Store or similar. Lots of bare shelves, not up to par selection (based on other stores in the market).Bakery seems like a half-hearted effort and the same for the Deli. The deli doesnt even make sandwiches except for some pre-made and when I was there at 11-11:30am they had practically no selection to choose from.

They have pretty good sales and overall prices, and it does seem to be kept more clean as of late. Had some trouble with staff occasionally not really being much help. Again seems to be improving

Clean, good selection of food, a few sugar free bakery items (awesome chocolate frosted cupcakes, hoping for a sugar free birthday cake made as delicious), decent prices. In need of more disability carts.

Great store. It has been there for decades and has been updated often. The folks are nice and the produce is wonderful. The deli is varied and well priced. Just give it a go.

Historically I have been a big WD fan but todays visit was a huge disappointment. No large packages of country ribs and no decent slider tolls. Store was dirty and guy in the meat department be couldnt be bothered to help me. Not a good experience today. I fear this may be what WD will become. Sad.

Beware because their shelves are stocked full of expired/ almost expired products. Always check dates at this store for everything, even cans and condiments. Especially check the cheese and eggs. More times than i can count Ive bought something only to come home and find its expired. Just had to throw out a 6pack of baby yogurt, the kind that stays good on the shelf for over a year, bc it was expired. Thanks winn dixie.

Update: 11/17/18..So they repaved the parking lot, threw a fresh coat of pain on the building, new sign, inside.. produce still had mold on it, and today.. co*ckroaches on the shelves. I have a video where my 11 yr. old grand son saw the roach.. and we did a video which I did show to the manager.. My grand son said to me.. So Nana, this time you are sure youre never coming back to this store, right?.. and i said yes!!..A new coat of paint and a repaved parking lot does nothing if you do not improve the produce and supply the shelves and clean clean clean the bugs out!!!!I recently moved to this area coming from the Seminole area. And I have to say.. this store is a dump. The produce is old and the shelves are bare. Its dirty and i dont find the same friendly service as the one in Seminole. Tonight all i wanted was some brown coffee filters.. Thats all.. and since this Winn Dixie is close to me I popped in for some. NOT.. they only have the bleach white ones.. So I thought Id at least get my cereal.. NOT.. they dont even carry it.. come on.. its POST Golden Crisp! Ok.. so i need my Dietz & WAtson Zesty Honey Mustard that has to be bought at Winn Dixie.. LOL>. joke of the century! Couldnt get that either! I mean what do they carry except the basic.. bread, milk butter and plain mustard, jams etc.. get the picture? So.. dont know if they are going out of business but they have totally lost mine! I will travel down the road to clean and friendly and supplied with things besides the basics!

Iike WinnDixie because of there products and services and there employee s that work too needs to be more happy at the Register saying hello how are you doing today,or something noone greets you when you walk in the store.I feel like they should we did wherever we worked,it makes the consumer feel like they are important.!!!!

The staff here is very nice, but there arent many of them. The store is fairly clean. I do find that this store is small so it doesnt have the stock of other stores Ive visited.

The entire staff is always been friendly with me, and most everybody that works there knows the entire store rather well. Personally I like the rewards for gas and always having buy one get one free items up front.

They have remodeled the entire store which is very nice, still have not been able to find the items that I am looking for, with out a bit of a hunt, the store appears to be cleaner and a bit more room in the isles, but still lacks the more common named items you would find at most stores.

This Winn Dixie was recently renovated, Im not sure what it looked like before, but it looks like most other Winn Dixies. They have a wing bar, I think thats new but thats the reason I went to this particular Winn Dixie. The wing bar had approximately 5 choices. We got 3 buckets of different kinds and they were ok, a little dry but still edible. It was aprox. 2:30 when we went. I like Winn Dixie stores in general, and feel they offer great deals, I would definitely return to this Winn Dixie.

Interesting place. Its mostly the kind of store that targets white middle class boomer types. I go here mostly because its convenient and in walking distance. Has most what you would expect in a grocery store in America. I bought out their tahini supply and they did not restock it. So I went to Cedar Market instead and got better tahini. This is a good example, younger Americans eat less meat and tend to buy things like tahini, but Winn Dixie doesnt know that. The store in general could sell a lot more but theyre sort of stuck in an outdated idea. The employees seem like intelligent people who are bored.

Much more cleaner ummm...maybe more Put together then the one closer to me on 54th in Kenneth City. I drive out of my way to come to this particular store because of this reason and the meat selection always seems better to me. I like NOT food shopping at Wal-Mart because Wal-Mart dont offer sales like traditional grocery stores.

This Winn-Dixie is super close to my home but its not the prettiest. They dont have a nice selection of foods, meats, and seafood like the other Winn-Dixies in the area. They need improvement on everything.

Did a real nice job remodeling store on 66th Street places neat and clean as a pin the cherry pies still killer. Im glad that they didnt go out of business and the new owners are doing a superb job

This store offers a profound shopping experience. They also have good deals on chick peas. There are never enough cashiers. They try their best but there isnt much support. They always seem to be out of what I need so I end up having to go shopping in multiple stores anyways.

I like Winn-Dixie but this one is vary clean I love their smaller shopping carts. Friendly help. Ill definitely be shopping there more often😀👍🐾

Hillary. the lady who works there in the checkout has a very poor attitude. Everytime I go there she is very snappy and just has a very bad attitude.

Got in got out, got what I needed fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the sales and promotions currently going on that week. 10 out of 10, will be coming back to this place from now on.

Decent prices. Produce sub-par. Meat isnt top grade yet, the pricing is competitive. Check out can be slow at times. Store is clean and organized.

This is where I do some of my grocery shopping. Especially when they have there BOGO sales on meat. Sometimes you can do better else where, but not too often. You just Ave to stay on top of things.

I am very displeased with the new meat department! I was there today to purchase 2 filet mignons and lobster tails for my wife and I. The meat counter is gone and the only choices that I had were pre packaged, small tenderloin cuts. When I asked if I could have a specific size filet cut, I was told Sorry, No, what we have in the case is what we have.! I was willing to pay $25 a steak so that I could get a good steak, but was denied the option!! Never again!! Local meat market is where I will shop....Winn Dixie is NOT where you should buy your beef!!

Lines are usually long, but prices are worth the wait. Winn Dixie over Publix inflated prices any day!!!

I like Winn Dixie. This location was just totally remodeled, and you can get local Florida and deep-south brands here you cant find at other grocery stores.

Deli and sandwich counters are sub par in my opinion. Also the hot food they serve is just not good enough to keep me coming back. Just not as big a variety overall as the bigger supermarket. Almost there though WD.

Nice service. The prices are okay. Sometimes they have bogo deals .I had to send money through western union and the man was very helpful.

Watch for expired food .Reported to new management he said they are to busy to keep up .I found cat food exp 617 and chilli mix 517 .I am not paying for expired food. More pissed to get it home and have to return it.

Competitively priced grocery. The most affordable option for one stop grocery shopping. Quality is good. I compare this to Shop rite, Food Lion etc...

I wouldnt recommend going before 9 a.m. they only have one cashier and you will be waiting because no one will open a register or open customer service. The meat selection is awful and the produce always looks old. Do your family a favor and go to Publix.

This is one of the cleanest Winn-Dixies in the area. Great selection, and they even have a dollar area for shoppers on a budget.

My shopping experience was good but the bags are cheep things like can goods should be doubble baged cuz mine ripped

The store might have been remodeled but it is still poorly managed. No parsley, cilantro etc for DAYS!!!!! String idir when you walk in. Shelves half empty. Very very disappointed.

I love their seafood section. They impressed me with the ready to cook cajun crabs with corn, season and tPotato

Great deals is store in particular on 66th Street and 102nd avenue in Pinellas Park has a dollar aisle where everything in that aisle is dollar its worth it

Neighborhood Grocery Store upendra better stores but this one has some of the things I need to produce is not the greatest and their selections arent the greatest however it is a small store of the Winn-Dixie stores and I dont really like it that much

With new the aisles where they used to be now its a little bit better than more cleaner a lot more convenient

I have to say that theres one person and one person only throughout the whole store that works the deli that is actually a good employee it makes you feel as though you are harassing an employee by asking for a pound of meat and thats just ridiculous

I usually only shop Winn Dixie when they have gain , dryer sheets and liquid soften on sale and other stuff we use on sale

Close to my house, nice to shop because its never crowded, but they have a more limited selection of stuff than Publix or Walmart.

They always have great deals on things and I have never had a bad experience with the cashiers

Not a good winne dixie location, out of alot of sale stuff. East bay location is better, stays stocked

Prices are okay, and the cuts of meat are good. Most prices are competitive with those in the area.

Would rate it higher off it was easier to find things. Also three prices are a butt high however its the only grocery store around.

The chicken was ok but cold had to re heat it when I got home I think it was sitting too long under the heat lamp any longer I dont think it would been any good

Stopped at a different location then I usually go to. (Corner of 66 and 110) out of most of what I was after, didnt have BOGO in stock. Disappointed.

Friendly clerk at counter. Yaall need to add more help at the deli. Usually someone hiding in the back when people waiting.
