WWE RAW was live from Toledo, OH, on June 10, 2024 and featured a main event match between Drew McIntyre and Finn Balor. The build-up for Clash at the Castle continued. Iyo Sky faced Lyra Valkyria in a singles match while Sami Zayn took on Otis. Check below for the complete results and updates.
RESULTS & UPDATES
Drew McIntyre came out for the first segment of the night. As the crowd chanted “CM Punk”, McIntyre said that he was only focused on winning World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle. Damian Priest came out with Finn Balor and JD McDonagh. Priest said he did not want any of his crew to beat up McIntyre. McIntyre replied that Priest became the champion due to them. Priest got frustrated and cut him down to say that McIntyre only made excuses about losing the title. Priest then set up a match between Balor and McIntyre for later tonight with the stipulation that Judgment Day would be banned from ringside at Clash at the Castle if Finn Balor lost. McIntyre hoped that Priest would shake his hand next week after he beat him.
Liv Morgan was in Judgment Day’s Clubhouse when Dominik Mysterio went in. Dominik told her to leave but Liv kept flirting with him. Liv passed a key to her hotel room and told Dominik that he deserved to be with a girl who is not afraid to call him daddy.
Braun Strowman was backstage with LWO as they get ready for a six-man tag-team match tonight.
Iyo Sky defeated Lyra Valkyria in a singles match. Lyra was able to hit Nightwing but Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai and Kairi Sane pulled her from outside to break the pinfall. As Lyra dealt with them outside, Iyo caught her with an attack. Lyra countered Over The Moon-sault, but Iyo countered Night Wing into a roll-up for the pinfall.
After the match, Damage CTRL attacked Lyra. Kayden Carter and Katana Chance ran out to make the save.
Back at Judgment Day Clubhouse, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh and Carlito arrived to see Dominik Mysterio worried. Dominik explained what just happened with Liv.
Sami Zayn was talking to Maxxine Dupri and Akira Tozawa backstage and apologized about what happened last week. Otis walked in and apologized to Sami for attacking him last week. Sami tried to talk them to stand up against Gable. Otis replied that Gable took him in when he had lost everything and he needed him. Sami gave example of his time in The Bloodline to say that Otis actually did not need Gable.
Damian Priest walked into the Clubhouse and was told about Liv Morgan situation. Balor told him that the situation was under control and the room key was right there. The key was missing.
Ludwig Kaiser had a promo video where he revealed his intentions to be involved in Money in the Bank ladder match.
Braun Strowman, Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee defeated Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh & Carlito in a tag team match. At the finish, Liv Morgan came out and fell over Dominik. Zelina Vega started brawling with Liv. Strowman then finished off with big tackles on all three opponents before Dragon Lee hit a splash off Strowman’s shoulders to get the pinfall.
We got a video package for Bron Breakker vs Ilja Dragunov match before Dragunov cut a promo saying he would make Breakker suffer. Ricochet came in and said he was looking forward for him to beat Breakker and then have their match next week.
Iyo Sky was lost in her thoughts backstage. Dakota Kai and Kairi Sane tried to talk to her but she yelled for a while before leaving alone.
Sami Zayn cut a promo in the ring where he vowed to end his rivalry against Chad Gable this weekend. Gable came out with the rest of the Alpha Academy. Gable said despite Sami’s claims Alpha Academy were happy with him. Gable said Otis had been his most vicious with him and he would unleash this version on Sami.
Sami Zayn defeated Otis in a singles match. Otis had Sami down after getting angry at him after big shots from Sami. Gable continued to shout instructions at Otis. As Otis turned around from Gable, Sami caught Otis with Helluva kick to get the pinfall.
After the match, Gable started beating up Sami. Otis did not attack Sami which led to Gable slapping him a few times. Otis teased turning on Gable but ended up tackling Sami and dropping him with the World’s Strongest Slam.
Backstage, The Miz was looking for R-Truth. R-Truth told The Miz that they would defend their tag team titles against APA. It actually turned out to be AOP.
Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark defeated Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn in a tag team match. Baszler choked out Fyre after a quick back-and-forth match.
Bron Breakker defeated Ilja Dragunov in a singles match. This was hard hitting match which involved Breakker dropping Dragunov over the announce table and following it with three spears to get the pinfall.
Breakker got frustrated with Dragunov getting up after the match and attacked him once again. Ricochet flew in to cut off Breakker.
Awesome Truth(R-Truth & The Miz)(c) defeated Authors Of Pain(Akam & Rezar) in a tag team match to retain World Tag Team Championships. Karrion Kroos blocked a double “You Can’t See Me” from the champions by pulling their leg. This prompted New Day to attack Kross on the floor. As Rezar tried to deal with New Day, R-Truth tossed the title to Akam to distract him to allow Miz to roll him up for a pinfall.
Bron Breakker attacked Ricochet backstage as he was helping Dragunov. Ricochet got some attack going but Breakker slammed him into the truck before dropping him over a car’s winshield with a powerslam.
After the break, Ricochet was loaded up in the ambulance. His fiance and ring announcer Samantha Irvin accompanied him as he was taken out.
