That's some seriously DARK psychology, right there. Corporations use this method to spy on customers, like Comcast or Verizon for damage control.But we used to do this for protests like OWS.

@settleshark xfinity put us on a 24 month payment contract for a defective iphone that is unable to use data or cellular. Xfinity says we cant return it and a month of working w them, they still say they wont accept it bc past return window - BC THEY WOULDNT ACCEPT A BROKEN PHONE

about to make a marg because i was charged $195 from xfinity (usually $85 a month for their top wifi that still gives me **** connection) and despite going online, calling, and using two different text options, i have not learned anything about why i was charged so much

@TMobileHelp My husband wants to ignore it, so I will abide by his wishes, but someone needs to reinforce what customer service means. We are leaving you, and switching to Xfinity- cheaper, and the employees are not stuck on themselves and rude.
