Are you ready for this exciting challenge?

Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
• Support customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions which are aligned to their needs.
• Deliver customer workshops and trainings to explain functionalities and solutions.
• Manage system configuration solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our practices and deliver high-quality service.
• Support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

What We Are Looking For

• Workday expertise: You were previously exposed to Workday products, worked on medium or large enterprise HRIS implementation projects and has a configuration experience. Encounter diverse HR systems and processes, providing a foundation to comprehend Workday concepts and principles.
• Workday Partner Certification: Having Workday Partner certification is required.
• Great communicator: Proficiency in English and German are a must. You’re a clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.
• Best practice and delivery: You have good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics. You can plan own workload and meet deadlines. Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail. You’re innovative and come up with improvements in tools and/or processes.
• Consulting abilities: You have previous consulting/advisory experience working with international customers preferably on several projects simultaneously. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships. You’re eager to deliver presentations, participate in workshops, explain functionality or solutions to customers. Very good customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment.
